Required Documents When Claiming Your LTO Registered Plates

FOR REGISTERED OWNERS

• One (1) valid ID only.

AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE (IF OWNER IS NOT AVAILABLE)

• Authorization Letter signed by the REGISTERED OWNER.
• Photocopy of one (1) valid ID of the REGISTERED OWNER with three (3) specimen signatures.
• One (1) valid ID of the authorized representative.
